Housekeeping definitely needs to step up their game!!! Monotonous room service orders were extremely disappointing!!!

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! We explored the nearby Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and Freedom Square, both of which are just a short walk away. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of vegetarian options, and the gym was well-equipped. The location is perfect for discovering the city’s culture.

The only downside was the difficulty in arranging extra water for our room. We felt it was a bit frustrating to have to pay for more when we were already spending quite a bit for our stay.

The common areas of The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel are elegant, featuring stunning chandeliers and spacious seating that is very comfortable for seniors. The beautiful architecture combined with modern touches creates a luxurious yet inviting atmosphere.

You can’t miss the Pork Belly at the hotel restaurant—truly next level! Plus, the location is just perfect for hitting up Tbilisi's sights. The lobby vibe is something else too, making you feel like royalty.

Come on! We even tried to snag some cereal for my sick son from breakfast, and they wanted extra. A bit of attention at check-out would’ve been nice instead of just ticking boxes.

I spent a few days at Biltmore Hotel in Tbilisi, drawn in by its stunning views and great location. The deluxe room felt spacious with a beautiful city panorama that I loved waking up to every morning. The staff were genuinely friendly and made my stay even better. Unfortunately, there were some downsides. The air conditioning in my room struggled to keep the temperature comfortable, which was frustrating at night. Also, I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Dining was good, but the restaurant could use more variety in its menu options. Housekeeping missed a few minor details, like providing a face towel one day. Still, the overall experience was memorable, despite the issues.

But overall, the room felt luxurious and relaxing.

Navigating the parking area felt unnecessarily complicated and narrow, a challenge in an already bustling part of town. Found leftover items from previous guests in the room that indicated a lack of thorough cleaning, which isn't what you'd expect in a top-tier establishment.

The room was spacious with an incredible view of the

city skyline from the 31st floor. The hospitality was top-notch, especially from Khatuna at the front desk. However, I found the bathroom amenities could have been better maintained.

The casino offers fun entertainment options. Our room temperature was uncomfortable, even at night. Quick check-in and spacious rooms made our stay pleasant.

I loved my stay with sensational breakfast options and breathtaking park views, making every morning a treat as I prepared to walk through nearby attractions like Rustaveli Theatre and Mtatsminda Park, both within an easy 500 meter walk. the hotel offers beautiful rooms perfect for solo travelers like me, but the staff could improve their communication with guests.
